Attorney Beth Roth is an accomplished business attorney with over 20 years of experience servicing clients throughout Massachusetts and beyond. Before establishing her successful private practice, Attorney Roth served as In-House Corporate Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a national behavioral health care corporation that treated mental health and substance abuse addictions with facilities throughout the country. She now uses her business and employment law experience in her private practice by representing high-tech telecommunication companies, manufacturing companies, metallurgic technology companies, and start-up companies that span all focus areas from technology to home health care to online businesses.
Today, Attorney Roth continues her legal practice advising small to mid-sized businesses with in-house experience that provides Attorney Roth with an understanding of the business needs of corporate counsel rare in Merrimack Valley. She is also a licensed psychotherapist which provides her a unique perspective when analyzing legal issues and negotiating on behalf of her clients.
Attorney Roth also has extensive experience in employment law matters ranging from practice before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in court, to crafting policies and procedures and investigating sensitive employment issues for her clients.
Active in her home community, Attorney Roth is a former Selectperson for Salem, New Hampshire and a recent democratic candidate for the New Hampshire Executive Council, 3rd district. She is an active member of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Salem Rotary Club, and the GFWC-New Hampshire Federation of Women's Clubs and serves on many boards including the Center for Life Management Community Mental Health of Derry, NH.
Attorney Roth is an adjunct professor for the University Systems of New Hampshire teaching courses in psychology, law, and business management. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Attorney Tony Augeri is an experienced trial attorney and appellate lawyer with an active practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Tony has also served as assistant general counsel for a large mortgage origination company providing a unique business perspective to his clients. Attorney Augeri counsels clients with sound risk assessment with a focus on business disputes, employment law, and wealth transfer litigation. He is also a seasoned business lawyer having negotiated numerous deals and contracts for clients in a variety of industries. Tony has worked with regulators to resolve business issues, and represented clients in administrative agency and alternative dispute forums.
Attorney Augeri has also handled products liability cases, product recalls, franchisee issues including refinancing and sales, and commercial closings for his business clients. He is a former member of the products liability, emerging business, sports law, and environmental law practice groups of a major Boston law firm and utilizes that experience to assist clients with larger scale legal issues such as class actions and product recalls with federal and international government agencies.
Attorney Augeri is a life-long resident of the Merrimack Valley. He currently lives in Atkinson, New Hampshire with his wife and two children. Attorney Augeri is active in the community, serving on the executive board of the Atkinson Youth Baseball and Softball league and is a graduate of the inaugural class of the New Hampshire Bar Association Leadership Academy.
